Our principal and owner, John Hajduk has developed and delivered custom and industry-recognized Facility Management training materials for groups such as General Services Administration Public Building Services, ProFM and ProFMI, The Pennsylvania State University, Holmes Corporation, The Salvation Army, BOMI, Dunwoody College, B. Braun Medical, DoD, NFMT, Executive agencies of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Central Bucks School District, and countless others.

John was the first FM to earn the ProFM Credential, has spoken and instructed classes at large venues such as at NFMT Baltimore and Vegas, IFMA World Work Place, PFMA, and BOMI events.  In addition, he has provided instruction to private clients all across the county.  He is currently a licensed instructor for ProFM and other FM programs.

Our training is unique and comes alive in the classroom and out in the mechanical/electrical rooms, roofs, central plant, and areas of a facility that make it tick.  The students get to learn the why and also the how from both a technical and business perspective.
